• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I currently do not ship medium or large paintings outside the United States. I can ship clothing or small items. If you would like me to ship to your country, feel free to send me an email at [email protected] or reach out on social media (@sdcouture_art_tm) and I will figure out how much shipping would be and communicate that to you to see if you would like to proceed with the purchase.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Allow 1 week processing time upon placing an order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Clothing items can take up to 2 months until delivery. Tracking number will be provided to you.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Absolutely!!! I love custom orders because I get to make unique art specifically hand-crafted to beautify your space! There's no feeling quite like having a piece made especially for you. • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
